Buenas!
Como TTG tuvo un problema con ataques DDOS y con el firewall y todo el quilombo (que ya esta resuelto) tuvieron que bloquear muchos rangos de IP y algunos tienen problemas... asique hice esta guia que postie alla (por eso esta en ingles).

For the ones that still can't access with their IPs (like it happened to me), just follow this simple steps to change it:
1. Go to
Start >
Run > Type:
ipconfig /release > Press Enter.
That will release your current connection so you can change your IP.
2. Next go to
Control Panel >
Network connections or
My network places (Or something like that, my OS is in spanish, so i'm not sure of the english name) > Right click: Local Area Connection > Properties.
A window will open
3. Select
Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) (Probably the last option) > Click on
Properties4. Then on the first part select
Use the following IP address and insert
any ip there, like 223.223.223.223 and then press
ok.
It will say something about the subnet mask, click
ok and it will automatically add it. Then click
ok again.
Now it'll look like it's connected, but it isn't actually connected yet.
5.
Repeat step 2 & 3, and after that, in the first part put again the old configuration (Check the one that says
Obtain an IP address automatically). Now press
ok, then
ok again.
And that should do it haha, it's not really that complicated xD
If the first time doesn't work try again... and if it doesn't work, well... you're doing something wrong, so read this again hehe
